Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more informatin on our return policy.
Returns
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in it original packageing and with proof of purchase & the item and your receive an email with to ship the item to. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you used the prepaid shipping $10.00 USD will be deducted from your retuen to cover shipping charges.
Refunds
After receiving the your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from your receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notifity you by email when your return has be processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE A $10.00 USD RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS.
